Post-Hospital Supports
My work in a hospital setting with individuals navigating complex health concerns has deepened my awareness of how vital ongoing mental health support can be after discharge. Whether your admission was related to mental health or a significant physical change, I offer a supportive space as you adjust to a new normal at home. I work with individuals who have experienced stroke, newly diagnosed dementia, cancer, and other life-altering health conditions, providing care that is compassionate, grounded, and responsive to the realities of these transitions.

Spiritually-Integrated
With training as a spiritual care practitioner, I am especially interested in supporting you in your journey of meaning-making. Whether you were raised within a religious tradition, are exploring a new one, or don’t identify with any faith at all, I welcome thoughtful conversation about how you make sense of the world. This may include gently unpacking religious or spiritual trauma, exploring your values, or engaging in the big, sometimes messy existential questions that naturally arise as we try to understand ourselves and the world we live in.

Pet Support
This work is especially close to my heart. As a lifelong pet owner—growing up with cats and now sharing life with dogs—and having worked in the veterinary field for several years, I deeply understand both the unique human-animal bond and the complexities that come with caring for our pets. Whether you are facing difficult medical decisions for your companion, navigating grief and bereavement after a loss, or hoping to deepen your connection with your pet, I offer a supportive and understanding space to walk through it together.
